PIIPA - Pro Bono Publico
Pro Bono Publico
PIIPA is partnering with IP professionals from around the world who are willing and able to provide legal, practical, and expert advice to organizations in less developed countries on a pro bono publico basis. PIIPA is designed to provide assistance through corps of pro bono professionals to organizations or groups of individuals who are confronted with matters pertaining to Intellectual Property. Whether it be to patent a product or to prevent the interference of action leading up to product development, PIIPA’s goal is to find the best suited professional who is willing to assist on a pro bono or significantly reduced basis.

Pro Bono Publico - the act of providing expert advice or service without obtaining payment for such service.

Typical Costs Not Covered - Direct costs including travel of either party, filing fees, postage, faxes, etc.
